What you just bought
A hook is the first line on screen in your Reel. In about two seconds, viewers use it to decide whether to keep watching or scroll. Weak hook — and two hundred people watch your Reel, even though it's packed with value, great lighting, and great sound.
Hookito gives you hooks modeled on Reels that already went viral for experts — not hooks made up out of thin air. Every hook comes with a reference: a real Reel, its view count, and a link you can open to check for yourself.
- 624viral hooks from experts in 39+ professions — 228 of them from English-speaking creators, word for word. Every hook has its on-screen text, view count, a link to the Reel, and the technique that makes the line work.
- 10niche buttons: psychology, astrology, doctors, beauty, fitness, coaches and courses, marketing, money and law, moms and kids, handmade and small business. Each holds 100+ hooks already picked for that niche.
- 671hook templates — fill-in-the-blank frames for when you need a starting point.
- 19Reel structures — the order of what you say after the hook, with examples — and a script builder: hook + structure + your answers to three or four questions.
- 7caption formats with a comment keyword.
- 5on-screen text styles, plus a builder that turns your own video into a finished Reel.
- ∞The wins loop: you bring in your stats, the agent remembers what worked for you, and builds your next hooks on it. Plus a headline generator with five formulas — for when the post is written but the headline isn't.
What you need (one time)
- A Mac or Windows computer. The agent doesn't run on a phone.
- A Claude subscription (Pro or higher) at claude.ai. The agent runs on your plan; there's nothing else to pay for.
- Antigravity with Claude Code inside. How to set it up — step 1, about 5–10 minutes.
Install Antigravity and Claude Code
Antigravity is a free app from Google that looks a bit like a text editor, and Claude Code runs inside it. You install it like any other app — no terminal needed.
Install on MacInstall on Windows
Put the agent folder on your computer
- Sign in to your account at ruslanagrey.com/school/ (the sign-in link is in your email) and click "Download the agent". You'll get
Hookito — AI hook writer.zip. It's a compressed folder: the agent won't work until you unzip it. - Unzip it. On a Mac, double-click the file. On Windows, right-click it, choose "Extract All", then "Extract". A folder called "Hookito" appears.
- Move the "Hookito" folder somewhere easy to find — your Documents folder works. You can delete the .zip file after that.
You can rename the folder. Don't rename or delete the files inside: the agent looks for them by name.
Open the agent
Open Antigravity, open the "Hookito" folder (it'll be in your recent folders), and click the Claude Code icon. Every time you want to work with the agent, open this exact folder.
If Claude asks whether you trust this folder, say yes. It's your folder, and the agent only works inside it.
Your first conversation — 5 minutes
Say anything: "hi," or jump right in with "I'm an esthetician." The agent shows you 10 niche buttons. Type a number or just tell it what you do, and it picks the button for you. If your profession isn't listed, it finds the closest one based on who your clients are and tells you why.
Then it asks 8 questions
- What do you do, and how do you help people — in one sentence?
- Who's your client: gender, age, and what's going on in their life when they come to you?
- What are the three questions clients ask you most?
- Where do you send people from Instagram: a call, a course, booking, a free guide, a shop?
- What language is your account in, and where is your audience?
- Any topics or words that are off-limits for you?
- Which tone feels like you: no-nonsense expert, warm best friend, or funny? And are you up for "When…" skits?
- What result do you have that people ask you about: a number, a timeframe, or a story — yours or a client's? If there isn't one yet, just say so.
Answer in one message, however you like — you can dictate it. The more alive your answer to question 3, the sharper your hooks. Use your clients' words, not textbook language. The agent saves your answers to profile.md and won't ask again.
Example answer
Get your hooks
Type "give me hooks." The agent breaks your topic into 5–7 of your clients' pain points and gives you 3–5 hooks for each. Every hook looks like this:
How to read it
- Hook — the text you put on screen. 12 words max.
- Reference — the viral Reel the technique comes from. Open the link and see how the creator did it.
- Mechanic — what makes the line work. There are 13: curiosity, pain, mistakes, myths, results, numbers, personal story, breakdown, dialogue, selling without "buy," the "When…" skit, news and drama.
- How to film it — what to show in the frame.
The agent shows the top 10 hooks right in the chat and saves the full list to the output/ folder as a dated file.
Pain points not quite right? Tell it what to cut or add: "drop the money one, add jealousy." It'll redo them.
Your caption
Type "caption" or "captions for hooks 2, 5, and 7."
The agent writes the text under your Reel in one of seven formats, matched to the hook's technique. The caption ends with a keyword: viewers comment it, and you send them your guide, booking link, or offer.
Tell the agent your keyword, for example "my keyword is AUDIT." No keyword yet? It'll suggest three based on your offer.
Putting the hook on your video
Type "make the video." There are two ways.
No editing, right in Instagram
The agent tells you which of the five styles to use, what size the text should be, and where to put it: just below center, not over your face, not under the buttons on the right. You upload your video to Instagram, tap "Aa," and type the hook.
A finished Reel from your video
Put a video in screenshots/ or tell the agent where it is. It looks at a frame, checks the text won't land on your face, and builds a 1080×1920 mp4 with the hook on screen. It needs a free program called ffmpeg — if you don't have it, the agent tells you and installs it. One Reel first for you to check; the rest after your "yes."
Any video works as a background: coffee, a drive, your desk, your hands at work. You don't have to show your face.
The wins loop — the most valuable part
Your Reel did better than usual? Send the agent a screenshot of your stats, or type: "win: hook such-and-such, 18K views, I usually get 2K."
The agent logs it in wins.md and right away suggests three new hooks for the same pain point with a different technique. Next time, your wins come first as references, before the general library. Your audience has already shown you what works.
Reel flopped? Tell it that too. The agent figures out whether it was the pain point or the technique, and suggests the same topic through a different mechanic.
Cheat sheet — what to say to the agent
| You say | The agent does |
|---|---|
| "give me hooks" | your clients' pain points → hooks built on references |
| "more" | new hooks for the same pain points, no repeats |
| "different topic: …" | hooks for a new topic, profile stays the same |
| "show me structures" | the table of 19 Reel structures, plus three for your niche |
| "I'll take hook 4 and structure 02" / "script" | checks the pair, asks up to 4 questions, writes the script |
| a story in text | a structure + three hooks + a script from your own lines |
| "check this" / "rewrite this" + your text | a breakdown by structure, first line swapped for a library hook |
| "break this down" + a screenshot | the hook, the technique, the structure, and a version for you |
| "plan my week" | 5 Reels: pain point, hook, structure, what to film |
| "caption" | the text under your Reel, with a keyword |
| "make the video" | on-screen text design or a finished mp4 |
| "win" + numbers or a screenshot | remembers it and builds your next hooks on it |
| "headline for my post" + your post | 20 headlines from five formulas |
| "switch niches" | rewrites your profile for a new niche |
You can use your own words: the agent will understand "throw me some ideas about jealousy" and "I need 10 options for a first line."
Make the agent sharper for your niche
Seen a viral Reel from your profession in your feed? Screenshot it so the on-screen text and view count are visible, and drop it in screenshots/. The agent reads the text and puts that Reel first as a reference: it's closer to your audience than the general library. Five to ten screenshots like that noticeably shift your hooks toward your niche.

FAQ
I'm not techy. Can I do this?
The hardest part is the install — 5–10 minutes with the guide in step 1. Stuck? Give that page's link to regular Claude in the chat, and it'll walk you through. After that, you just talk.
Do I have to show my face or talk to the camera?
No. The hook is text on screen, and the background can be any video of yours. If you do film talking Reels, every hook comes with a "how to film it" line.
Does the agent just make hooks up?
No. Every hook has a reference — a real Reel with views and a link. The agent borrows the technique; it doesn't invent. If there's no fitting reference, it'll tell you.
Are the view counts real?
Yes — they're the numbers from when the library was built (October 2026). Open the link and check; they may be higher by now.
Some references are Russian-language Reels. Why?
Part of the library comes from Russian-language Instagram, where many of these techniques were proven first. Those hooks were adapted into natural English and are tagged "translated," so you always know. The agent reaches for native English references first.
My profession isn't on the list.
Tell the agent what you do. It'll pick a button based on your clients: what matters isn't your job title, it's the pain people come to you with.
My niche doesn't have many examples.
The agent will tell you honestly and borrow the technique from a neighboring niche with the same audience. "Virgo, where's your money?" from an astrologer and "Girl, where are your brows?" from a brow artist run on the same technique.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy the agent once. The only monthly cost is your own Claude subscription.
Will my plan's usage limit be enough?
One batch of hooks is a few messages. On the Pro plan, that's plenty for normal creator work. If you hit the limit, Claude shows you when it resets.
Does my data go anywhere?
Your profile, wins, and outputs live in a folder on your computer. What you type to the agent is processed by Claude under your subscription's terms, like any other Claude conversation.
Something went wrong.
Tell the agent: "something's wrong, check the folder." It'll look for itself. If you deleted files by accident, unzip the original again and copy profile.md and wins.md over from the old folder.
